The volumising, youthful effects of Dermal fillers treatments are almost instantaneous, but it may take a few weeks for them to completely settle in. Minimal bruising & swelling are fairly common early on, but these subside fairly quickly to reveal the final desired result. Most clientele find they need 2 to 3 meticulous sessions to achieve the perfect layered foundation.

Minimise Pain/Tenderness
Dermal filler treatments are virtually painless, however, mild pain/tenderness may occur
Paracetamol is a good remedy for this.
Avoid blood thinners (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, St. Johns Worts)
Minimise Bruising & Swelling
Bruising & swelling are fairly common after dermal treatments and may take up to 2 weeks to settle.
Arnica (gel/tablets) and Cold compresses provide good relief.
Avoid Cardio workouts (gyms, yoga, pilates, saunas/steam-rooms) for 48 hours.
Avoid Alcohol (stay well hydrated with water) for 48 hours
Avoid Tanning for 48 hours
Minimise Face Pressure
Refrain from touching the treated area for 12 hours.
Sleep on your back with your head elevated on pillows for the 1st few nights.
Avoid facial treatments, massages or rubbing (lumps my be self-massaged away after 3 days)
Avoid applying make-up (mineral-based make-up is acceptable)
Avoid Air travel (changes in cabin pressure may induce side effects of dermal fillers)
